Review of JustDone.AI: Potential, but Major Flaws

One of the biggest challenges in building a successful on line  business is getting your website to rank on Google. You might have the best-looking site and amazing products, but if no one can find it, it’s all for nothing. If you’re not on page 1 you’re done.

A great way to boost your web ranking is by running a blog as a page website.  In your blog, you can then reference other pages of your website , known as “internal linking”.  This not only helps visitors navigate your site but also improves your SEO. Internal linking helps Google understand your site’s structure and can boost your rankings, making it easier for customers to find you.

That said, blogging can be time-consuming, and you might think about outsourcing, but be super careful with sites like Fiverr. Many of these services use content scrapers, spinners, or AI to churn out low-quality, error-filled content. Google is smart—it won’t rank content that lacks value, is redundant, or looks spun. But you can be smart too…

If you need help creating quality articles, AI tools like ChatGPT can still be useful, you just must make sure to pair it with an AI-detection tool that has the capacity to refine and humanize the content.

Introducing JustDone.AI

JustDone.AI presents itself as a powerful tool for detecting AI-generated content, targeting users who need a reliable solution for content authenticity. While it shows some promise in offering AI detection services, several critical flaws hinder its usability and reliability, especially considering its $299 annual subscription fee.

Pros

The core concept of JustDone.AI—offering AI-generated content detection—is appealing. With the rise of AI-generated text in many industries, a tool like this could be invaluable for educators, publishers, and professionals concerned about the integrity of content. When it works well, the platform gives users clear insights into whether content is AI-generated or human-written. The interface is also relatively straightforward, which makes the tool accessible even to those without technical expertise.

Unfortunately, the cons far outweigh these benefits.

Cons

1. No User Profile

A glaring omission in JustDone.AI is the lack of a user profile feature. Users cannot create personalized accounts, which means there’s no way to track preferences, saved settings, or history across different devices. This is a basic feature in most subscription-based services, and its absence in JustDone.AI is perplexing. For a platform costing $299 a year, having no user profile reduces the overall user experience and feels like a step backward in terms of modern app design.

2. No Access Invoices or Billing History

Users are also unable to access detailed billing history or invoices within the platform. Given the price point, this lack of transparency is frustrating. For businesses and individuals who need to track expenses for budgeting or tax purposes, this omission is significant. You have no easy way of reviewing your payment history or understanding exactly what you’ve been charged for, which can create confusion, particularly when trying to verify the annual subscription fee.

3. Bot-Managed Customer Support

Customer support is another weak point in JustDone.AI. The platform relies entirely on bot-managed customer service, which can be infuriating for users facing real issues. Getting helpful answers or resolution for complex questions or problems is nearly impossible. Human interaction is often essential in customer support, especially for a premium service. The lack of human support diminishes trust and makes resolving issues unnecessarily difficult.

4. No Ability to Cancel Subscription

Perhaps the most troubling flaw is the inability to cancel the subscription directly through the app or website. Users are forced to rely on the bot-managed support system, which often results in a dead-end. Many users have reported that the only way to effectively cancel their subscription is to cancel their credit card, which is not only highly inconvenient but also creates distrust in the platform. No service should make it this difficult to cancel, especially when you’re paying a premium price.

 5. Inconsistent Detection Results

One of the key reasons people would use JustDone.AI is to trust its detection of AI-generated content. However, the quality of detection is not consistent or reliable. During testing, the platform produced conflicting results on the same content. At one point, it identified content as 100% AI-generated, while the same content was later classified as 100% human-written. This inconsistency undermines the tool’s primary purpose and makes it hard to trust the platform’s results. If users cannot rely on the detection tool, the service essentially fails to deliver on its main promise.

6. Overpriced for What’s Offered

At $299 per year, JustDone.AI is far too expensive for what it offers. Considering the lack of basic features like user profiles, transparent billing, trustworthy customer support, and consistent AI detection, the subscription fee feels unjustified. If the platform wants to justify its premium pricing, it needs to address these fundamental flaws.

Conclusion

This one is a hard pass,  I do not recommend this product. While JustDone.AI has potential, its numerous shortcomings make it difficult to justify the high cost. The lack of essential features, such as user profiles, reliable customer support, and trustworthy AI detection, along with the frustrating subscription cancellation process, severely limit its value. There are many other platforms available that are more robust, user-friendly, and affordable, such as OpenAI’s AI detection tool, Originality.AI, or Copyleaks. These options offer a better overall experience at a fraction of the cost, making them far more suitable alternatives for most users.
